Team Practice
Team practice two days per week for 2 hours focused on advanced team concepts offense, defense, skills, conditioning, and full court transition including press and press breaks
Skills and Training
60 minutes per week focused on individual advanced skills including, but not limited to dribbling, passing, shooting, and defending assisting in the developing players to compete at the highest-level of grade competition.
60 minutes of performance and athletic training to include, but not limited to, ladder, resistance bands, Vertimax, weighted balls, and jump box training circuits.
Tournaments
Bi-weekly tournaments (approx. 56 games) included but not limited to Primetime, GSE, HoopPlay USA, Jr. Mavs, and etc. tournaments.
Talent wins games, but teamwork and intelligence wins championships.
